    I limit myself to talking with like minded people who are interested in losing weight. I avoid being with or talking with people who are not supported. Sometimes, unfortunately, that is family within your home. By being an example and trying to stay with my program. Trying to fix and by my own food, is a good way to be an example and also teach what I know is healthy.

I pace when I am home and on the phone, cooking keeps me talking or folding clothes with a friend on the phone
