I'm going to give morning exercises a try. My husband has promised to get up early with me so that I can give it a valiant effort.

I find that my lunch hour is the best time for me to get a quick walk in. I like the pick me up it gives me during the afternoon.

I agree completely. If I don't workout in the morning, I feel sluggish and tired especially in the afternoon.
