Honestly, the 920 Calories I ate yesterday in having a Peanut Buster Parfait with added caramel topping was no more satisfying than the half cup of Chocolate Almond Milk I just had to wash down my breakfast. The Chocolate Almond Milk only weighed in at 60 Calories!

I found by eating in a salad plate rather than a regular plate I am eating smaller portions and I drink a glass of water which makes me full therefore causing me not to want to eat more than I should. When I am done eating I don't feel stuffed and miserable, rather I am satisfied and very happy.
