Choose just one thing to start with, write a food journal or start drinking water or counting your steps per day. Get good at it. Build from there. It helps me stay positive when I can do something well and get better at it all the time

Just do ONE thing at a time. Set a goal, to do one thing, and either master it or incorporate it into your routine. When that ONE thing is done, move onto the next. That way you are not overwhelmed, and you can celebrate your success for doing that ONE thing! Wooohooo!
