When eating at a buffet style restaurant, the way to keep on track is section your plate in four sections or five, put low calorie vegetable in three sections and the other something you really want. This helps me stay on track and I know that I am eating my vegetables and low calories at that time, and is easier to stay within calorie range. emoticon
