The most filling, quick breakfast I've discovered to date is a container of Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt (any Greek-style yogurt will do, but Fage is the best) with 1/2 cup Original FiberOne Cereal, and a palm-ful of berries. For about 180 calories, you get 17 grams of protein, 14+ grams of fiber, calcium, and a delicious sweet, smooth, and crunchy breakfast. This, along with a big glass of water and/or skim milk (an extra 9 grams of protein) will get me through to lunch, and it tastes great!
