2 Minute Power Breakfast Oatmeal

A complete breakfast in two minutes! I make "batches" of oatmeal 1-2X each week and keep it in the frig. Each morning I measure 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal, add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1/2 cup nonfat milk. Microwave 2 minutes and it is done. This not only tastes similar to a peanut butter oatmeal cookie, but easily keeps me going until noon. Without the peanut butter hunger creeps in mid morning. It is especially yummy if you add 1 tsp of Splenda.
