I like to use coupons.com to find relevant coupons, then couple them with Publix or CVS Buy one, get one free sales. If you print two of the same coupon, you can even use it on the free item! This gives incredible savings! Example: I used two $0.75 off coupons during a B1G1 sale for Waffles ($2.15) Final price $0.65 for TWO BOXES!

Keep a coupon organizer, & on double coupon day @ your store shop for the week. Early in the morning is the best time. BOGO items w/ coupons that double really save you money. I have saved almost the same amount I spent in 1 trip before.
Watch those grocery sales and use your coupon along with the sale. What a great way to save money! Publix has BOGO, and sometimes I am amazed at the low price I get cereal and other items at during the sale. Be careful not to buy things you don't need, however.
