I may feel too tired to go for a run, or annoyed with counting my calories, and craving a day in bed with chocolate cake and movies. When I feel myself getting to this point, I put on the bikini I'd like to wear when I go on holiday this winter, or I go on the internet looking at dresses I'd like to buy to wear to my boyfriends brother's wedding, or go to travel websites and look at all the amazing hikes to do!
