At certain points in my day or in my week, I can feel my motivation sliding away. I may feel too tired to go for a run, or annoyed with counting my calories, and craving a day in bed with chocolate cake and movies. When I feel myself getting to this point, I put on the bikini I'd like to wear when I go on holiday this winter, or I go on the internet looking at dresses I'd like to buy to wear to my boyfriends brother's wedding, or go to travel websites and look at all the amazing hikes to do!

MORE INFORMATION:
Whenever I think of all the great things I'd like to do with new confidence to prance around in a tiny bikini, or the new stamina to hike all the amazing trails of the world, I suddenly feel less tired and annoyed of the daily grind of reaching my goals, I become excited!So keep that bikini handy!
