My weight loss sped up considerably when I got rid of the bread in my diet. A lot of diets call for bread, toast, even whole grain stuff still didn't cut it for me. Instead I found rice bread which is very good and chow down on a lot of almonds. Bread is not really a 'natural food", not like fruits and veggies -- so why do we need it?

I am not dieting, I have a certain amount of calories a day, I eat 5-6 small meals a day but I do eat what I want if I want pizza I buy a one serving pizza and cut it in half with a piece of fruit and I am happy, or I buy the fatfree hotdogs, put them on diet bread for two it is 150 calories for bread and hotdogs so I am not neglecting what I want
