Great tip! I've also found that if a recipe calls for oil as well as a sticky ingredient (I make a great glaze for chicken with oil, honey, curry powder, and mustard) the sticky ingredient won't stick if you measure the oil first. Just be sure to measure any dry ingredients before the oil!
