For years, I did 20 min on the elliptical 4 days a week and HATED it.... then I started doing some strength training and Wowsa...my whole attitude shifted. I now enjoy all types of exercise and. routinely get in 45-90 minutes 6-7 days a week. If you hate exercise, give strength training (I used free weights) a try 3 times a week for a month and then see if you don't feel differently. It is so worth it and has changed my life and attitude.

This works .. I've tried it with a Personal Trainer for weight training after 7 months only focusing on cardio .. it's a switch and makes a difference in my motivation to go to the gym once again.
there's a saying . . If you want to be a thinner version of your fat self, do cardio. If you want to re-shape your body, weight train ..(though I've not lost weight according to the scale, I've gone down a size!)
