For years, I did 20 min on the elliptical 4 days a week and HATED it.... then I started doing some strength training and Wowsa...my whole attitude shifted. I now enjoy all types of exercise and. routinely get in 45-90 minutes 6-7 days a week. If you hate exercise, give strength training (I used free weights) a try 3 times a week for a month and then see if you don't feel differently. It is so worth it and has changed my life and attitude.

The biggest lesson learned this past year is that loving life, loving the challenges of life and embracing the changes that come with life are just as important as exercise and diet (healthy eating).
