I find that when I am feeling a little down or not wanting to exercise, I take a few minutes and think of myself. I'm not being selfish, but in a way I am. I need to take care of ME in order to take care of others. I think of how far I have come and what it has taken me to get here. Then I think . . Do I really want to go back to the way I was? The answer is usually a resounding NO and that puts me in the mood to do some exercise.

I plan out everything I do, chores, homework, workout, cooking and so on, including what I'm going to eat. I do better when I know what I'm supposed to be doing. I right out the week every Sunday, tape in appt. cards, work everything around work and don't be so strickt I don't leave time for friends.
