When craving a snack, I rely on those little bite size pieces of chocolate or something small. I even eat what I consider to be low fat. But I am finding I need to truly read the labels on things. I discovered 10 twizzlers has over 400 calories & more sugar than soda. 3 miniature pb cups has more sugar than a glazed donut. I know now I really need to read labels when giving in to cravings. They may appear innocent, but overtime they can be deadly. Low fat doesn't mean low calorie or low sugar!

i read all these facts today, and its crazy to think that these little treats have so much bad in them! i don't want all that in my body!
