I believe that a part of my success in losing weight is avoiding a ton of condiments on sandwiches/burgers and dressings on salads...
I have switched to mustard only for sandwiches, ketchup and mustard for burgers (can't give up my ketchup!), cheese strings for cheese slices (way less in calories-just pull them and put them on your burgers/sandwiches) and malt vinegar goes on my salads!!! I have saved a lot of saturated fat and calories this way...and the food still tastes great! :)
