Stop And Think



If you find yourself thinking about snacking or just going to the kitchen out of boredom, stop and ask yourself, "Am I really hungry?" And give your body a minute to answer yes or no. Most of the time, the answer will be no. Then go do something else.

  • When I feel hungry between meals I have a glass of water, if I'm still hungry 10 minutes later then I'l eat, more often than not I'm no longer hungry. - by NOMORETHEFATTY
