I mix Black Grapes,Cranberries,Pomegrana te Seeds,Carrots,Ripe Red Tomatoes,Beet Root, Baby Spinach Leaves and Unpeeled Cucumbers in small equal Quantities and extract the Juice which I drink down fresh out of the Juicer to get my daily Dose of Anti-Oxidants.All of these supply the Fresh Natural Goodness of Anti Oxidants,Vitamins,Minerals and other Nutrients that I need to remain fit.These help in keeping my Eyes,Heart and Heamoglobin healthy---I recommend it because it has worked wonders for me!
