Commit to taking care of yourself - Set goals and decide you will meet those goals and then refuse to let other things get in the way. You will be happier in the end.
Today - I had other people's actions put me off track. I considered not doing my afternoon exercise, just so I can get the work done. But, I have a streak at work - and one at home, that if I didn't do my exercise I would have broken both. I refuse to let work get in the way of me any more!

Signing up for a class will bring results. Everyone has to start somewhere! You will commit to yourself by putting the time on your schedule. You will learn how to do something you never tried OR improve to do it better. You'll be with others with like interests and have a built in support system. You may even find a new pursuit or become good enough to teach it yourself.
If you really hate to do something that you know you should and have committed to yourself to do...like exercise, for example, 211, get it out of the way rather than putting it off. It's too easy to find excuses NOT to do it, so do it first and then it's over with.
