You will be scouring SP for ideas
I love the 10 minute videos and they are so effective at strengthening your resolve and interest in exercise!!!

    This is sooo true!! There are days when I just 'don't want to' and I do it anyway with a small amount of time in mind. Before you know it, you've done WAY more than yu planned on and feel all the better for it :)

    I started doing 10 min a day about 3 weeks ago now I'm at 30 min! Pace yr self take yr time jus make sure you agent cheating yourself on how,much you can take!

    Even if you are used to exercising longer than 10 minutes, there are days when you have to tell yourself to JUST START.

    It's amazing how easy to start off just doing 10 minutes and ending up adding another 5 or 10 minutes!

    I couldn't agree more. 10 minutes. Yesterday, I ended up going 25 minutes. AND as a bonus, I got a favorite magazine read as I rode my bike! Two activities that are usually on the bottom of the to do list!

    I am brand new here...6 days in and almost 58 years old. I have tracked every morsel of food I have eaten and exercised everyday. I did not realize with working a full time office job for the past six years how sedentary I had become...My husband and I go dancing almost every week and I had started to notice it was getting harder and harder to keep the pace as we dance for about 3.5 hours and usually only sit out about every third dance and now I am only dancing about every third or fourth dance. For me that is a "No Go" as we both so love to dance. So I will work diligently to become more healthy and physically fit "JUST FOR ME".....this is a site that I can make work for me....there is so much help here......I am AMAZED

    This is so true. I get up at 4:15 to get to the gym by 5:00 and today I really had to talk myself into getting out of bed since I needed to be to work earlier than normal. So I said go and do a little bit which is better than nothing and then go to work. However, once I was there, I got into the workout and did my whole hour after all and still made it to work early.

    I am recovering from some minor surgery and I was starting to try to exercise some but now I have to take about a month off, but I will start back up as soon as I can. As tghey say you just have to get to the point that you are doing a few minutes a day and build from there
