Eat Your Salad Or Green Veggies First

I have come to find that if I eat a big green salad with healthy extras or green veggies first all the time I don't eat more than I should. I'm chewing slower and getting the message to my stomach quicker that I've eaten enough when I'm eating the rest of my meal. It's a great feeling to know that you've eaten enough! emoticon
