We always have a bottle of regular Tabasco sauce and this. Great stuff on just about anything!!

I love Tabasco's chipolte sauce! If I'm not using it, I'm probably using the Tabasco green sauce.

I use it or regular Tabasco hot sauce on my eggs in the morning. Dr. Oz recommended eating egg whites with hot sauce to help curb your appetite and raise your metabolism. When I started it last spring I lost several pounds. I just started eating eggs and hot sauce again recently and it is helping again! I've noticed of all hot sauces Tabasco brand has the least amount of sodium.
The Tabasco Smoked Chipotle has somewhat higher sodium content than regular Tabasco but it isn't as bad as some brands.
