had a bad weekend started fresh yesterday still a little off started fresh again today. i did great for 5and 1/2 weeks , focus off thanks for the reminder, today is a new day

BALANCE HEALTHY EATING/EXERCISE
I try to eat breakfast everyday to provide fuel for the day. I also eat morning/afternoon healthy snack, as well as light lunch and dinner. I do some form of exercise daily....gym, walking, biking.
