Sauna/steam Room

Using the Sauna &/or Steam room at my gym is a reward and motivation for working out. It helps your skin, eases you exercised muscles and helps get the nasty toxins out!

If you have never tried the steam room or sauna give it a go. Take some ice cold water in there to drink and maybe add few drops of essential oil to the steam outlet ie orange, grapefruit to make your time in there even more rewarding.

    I am addicted to the sauna and steam room.

    You are so on target on this - the steam room is my favorite after-workout reward. It is not only healthy but also enjoyable as I feel the stress melt away and leave the gym feeling calm and centered.
