I could sit here all day and explore all the Spark Info, blogs, etc. A fun and motivating group to say the least! But sitting here all day does not burn enough calories. Now, I briefly check in, in the morning to get myself pumped and then I try to get my exercise points (and need for water) as early in the day as possible. After I've done my exercise and had my water, then I use my enjoyment of SparkPeople as my daily reward.

Put down your fork every few bites. Enjoy conversation during mealtime. Chew more thoroughly. Think about the taste of your food. Rate your food, and eat what you love first. Donít save the best for last. Savor your food. The memory of that will sustain you when you have the urge to overeat.
I recently went to Sam's Club and bought frozen vegetables; chicken; cereals and breads in bulk of course. I vacuum sealed my breads in 2 or 3 bagels; 2 or 3 sandwich thins; frozen broccoli in 1 cup or 2 cup portions; precooked baby shrimp in 1 cup packages; and chicken pieces 4 per pack.
Saves money , saves time and will last longer if vacuum sealed. 128
I really hate wasting food. Given a choice between wasting and shoving that last morsel down my throat I would eat that last bite (or even the last serving) rather than waste it. THROW IT AWAY! If it can be saved I save it, but if my ONLY 2 choices are eating it or pitching it, I now choose to pitch.
