I like to save money and my health on soups and stews that call for broth or stock. I usually half the amount of stock (for example, if it calls for 4 cups chicken stock, I use 2 cups), and use the remaining amounts in water. It doesn't effect the flavor, saves money, and its less sodium and calories!

Curry is a mixture of tumeric, coriander and cumin. Tumeric which helps IBS and colitis, ward off dementia, helps with arthritis and rheumatism Cumin helps flatulence, indigestion, diarrhea, nausea. Coriander lowers blood sugar naturally.
Sprinkle on Sweet Potatoes, add to veggies, soups, stews
When making any soups, stews or chili's with beans mash them a bit once you've submerged them in the liquid. This naturally thickens the liquid to a great consistency! This will also cut down your use of "cream" soups or flour (which means less calories!) Bon Apetit!
