When eating pizza I have found that taking clean paper napkins and gently blotting the top of your pizza will wick up a fair amount of oils . The last time I had pizza at our favorite place I used 3 napkins on an 8 inch square pizza. I figure any oil I take off the top of my pizza is that much less oil that I am not taking in.
I had a great urge to get a pizza today. When I have pizza, I eat too much. So I read my "Healthy Lifestyle Pledge" I logged on to Sparkpeople and read a couple articles, looked at my success so far. In doing so I lost that urge to buy a pizza. 198
I tried some of their Gf all purpose flour recently and really like how the cream puffs tasted so thought I would try the pizza mix. For me it would make 4 pizza. It was way to thick for 2 and I felt I was just eating bread. I would give it a 6/10. Not like the real pizza dough.
