When I hit a plateau I look for something small I can take out of my diet (change my salad dressing choice at lunch, eat a tiny bit less of something) and add a tiny bit more to my workouts (run one more block, do some jumping jacks). After a few days of doing this i'm back on track!

The biggest thing I've learned, is to "start small" and just make some or even one small change. It's not overwhelming and you find yourself successful and so you try something more! It's great.247
