At first, I limited myself to one goal. That is how I got started. It set a strong foundation.
For me, it was tracking my food. Not sticking to a set number of calories, mind you, just tracking.
Setting one goal could be as easy as 'log in to Spark People every day' or as hard as 'finish Couch to 5k.' Just set a benchmark you can achieve. Once you feel empowered, set a second goal.
Don't take a on too much at once. Do something small to start and you'll be ready to move on in no time!
Once you've met that first goal, a second will seem easy. Challenge yourself, but do it at a reasonable speed. This is an endurance race, not a sprint.
