    when you don't find time during the day for exercise, then push yourself to do it in the evening while watching televsion or go for a walk after dinner to help digest your food and provide for some relaxtion time.

    Have you tried getting in 10 minutes spurts of exercise throughout the day? It seems to work for me as I have a very hectic schedule both at work and at home. emoticon
