Ah the “Scottish Shower.” Been doing this for about 3 months now, really helps you wake up in the morning! I heard about it here: http://artofmanliness.com/20

I heard this gets rid of excess water your body retains especially from working out.. I also read an article of this model that would do this exact thing before photo shoots, seems to help if you're feeling bloated.. I, in fact, use this method, it helps me just that little bit & after doing it a few times helps [even when I have a bad head cold] felt good! emoticon

OMG - if I did this I'd be in agony all day - I have neck, back & shoulder injuries...I don't think I'll be trying this anytime soon! Maybe just my front side - I can tolerate that but my backside demands warm water!

How does this get rid of fat? I'm confused. Does it actually work?
