I had a rough day, yesterday, more than doubled my calorie allowance for the day and today I went to the home town county fair, with a resolve to be good. I did it! :-D Plus Thanksgiving dinner!
How I did it, I went with a plan to treat myself to one fair food, and to make it count. I got a sausage on a bun, loaded with sauteed onions and peppers. I felt it was ok to have a caramel apple for a treat.

butternut squash, a chocolate chip cookie and a pepsi. I'm about ready for bed and I can still eat another 200 calories, if I'd like! I'll be just fine without!! I'm not going to win any nutrition prizes today, but considering, I'm very proud, anyway!!!
