Even if I'm not hungry, if more than two and a half to three hours have passed, I have a healthy snack that is pre-planned and prepared. If I wait until I feel hungry, there's no telling what I might eat.

My favorite snack is raw brocolli and hummus. I love apples with peanut butter too.
