When eats are available at work and other social occasions, I seldom join in, unless it's something I'm really partial to. Even then, my limit is three items. When I do choose to go out to celebrate, however, I do so in style, order exactly what I want, and enjoy every forkful!

I love this secret you shared. I like to think of my calories/nutrients as a bank book that I have so much to spend each day. I am really new to this (one week) but I have learned so much already about the kind of calories I have been eating.
