Find something in your house that you don't clean on a regular basis, like lampshades, cabinet tops or doors, washing walls, etc., and put on some music and clean and sing your way to remove your stress. Sing loud and clean hard, and you'll be stress free and will have accomplished something good at the same time.
I have made playlists on my ipod specific to my tasks. I have "take a walk" which has mostly instrumental rhythmic music which keeps my stride steady (and keeps me from singing out loud in public). I have "bicycling" which has opera because those arias keep me enthused to peddle. Lastly, I have "Clean the house" which contains hard core heavy rock that gets the job done in half the time (and I can sing to my hearts content while vacuuming). Find your groove!335
