When I hit a plateau, I mix up my diet a little. If I hit a plateau, even though I feel guilty, I will "go over" on my calories for a couple of days and then start back on my regimine. It takes a day or two but then the pounds start coming off again.

  • I have found myself doing the same thing, and losing. I always thought it was strange that I could lose weight after overeating, but if it happens with you, then I guess that it isn't just me. I'm glad to know this. Thanks for sharing!! - by ROSEACLARK
