When I hit a plateau, I mix up my diet a little. If I hit a plateau, even though I feel guilty, I will "go over" on my calories for a couple of days and then start back on my regimine. It takes a day or two but then the pounds start coming off again.

    I have found myself doing the same thing, and losing. I always thought it was strange that I could lose weight after overeating, but if it happens with you, then I guess that it isn't just me. I'm glad to know this. Thanks for sharing!!

Oddly enough, as a read your comment I realized that there are times when I think I am eating way over, but I actually lose.
Perhaps I should get rid of my obsession and make it a practice and see what happens. Thank you for sharing
