I know it sounds crazy, but eating some plain old yellow mustard when you get a leg cramp will relieve that cramp in a matter of seconds. Don't ask me how it work but dip a teaspoon in the jar and eat about a half-inch worth from what sticks to the spoon will do the trick. Worked on a cramp that went from my toes to my groin and relieved it in about 10 seconds. Remarkable!

  • I use apple cider vinegar with honey. It could be the acid that relieves the leg cramps. I do suffer from them a lot because I hike every chance I get and sometimes it is daily. - by 2BFREE2LIVE
