I used to eat after my daughter went to bed. Hubby would make popcorn, and we'd snack. Well I put "No eating after 9pm" on my "Other Goals". Now if I want to be able to check that off every day, and work toward my Spark streak, I have to be good! It motivates me to stay on track.
I eat my dinner, update my nutrition tracker, and see if I have room for anything else. I might have an apple or some carrots after I'm done with dinner, or maybe a glass of milk. Then I'm done. I might have water, but that's it.

Go to bed every night at 8pm. While in the bed, journal, read until 9pm. This is a time for your body and mind to relax. At 9pm, lights out!!! This has changed my life! I have more energy and well organized thoughts and behavior the following day. Plus my 6AM workout is proof of the energy you have with plenty of rest.
If my mind keeps telling me over and over that I want something, I'll say to myself "OK, it's 8pm now, I can have something at 9pm" Then I'll get get onto other things and by 9pm if I still really want it, I can have it but often the moment passes and I don't end up picking227
