I used to eat after my daughter went to bed. Hubby would make popcorn, and we'd snack. Well I put "No eating after 9pm" on my "Other Goals". Now if I want to be able to check that off every day, and work toward my Spark streak, I have to be good! It motivates me to stay on track.
I eat my dinner, update my nutrition tracker, and see if I have room for anything else. I might have an apple or some carrots after I'm done with dinner, or maybe a glass of milk. Then I'm done. I might have water, but that's it.
