Getting Those Glasses Of Water In

For many of us, drinking 8 (EIGHT!) glasses of water a day seems daunting, if not impossible. I found that using BIG glasses (mine hold just over a pint) means you only have to get through 4 - and that seems much more manageable. I have one before and/or with every meal, and often now find myself wanting more, especially after exercise.

    When I was working out before I found that I craved water after workouts. Getting the water in wasn't a challenge. But it the beginning it is because my first instinct is to grab a coke. =(
