Traditionally a Face Mask is made by soaking 1 tsp.Turmeric with 1 tbsp.Lentil(Masoor) Flour,a few drops of Rose Water,0.5 tsp.Lemon Juice,0.5 tsp. Honey ,0.5 tsp.Almond/Olive Oil and thick Yoghurt beaten together to make a thick Paste.This paste is then spread over the Face and neck evenly and allowed to dry.This takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the layer.Once dried it is washed off with warm Water----with a circulatory motion of the Fingertips to remove the paste.
If used regularly it cleans away the blemishes,deep cleanses the Skin and also bestows the Skin with a Petal soft feel and a healthy glow.

A great tip I learned from a nutritionist is to 'volumize' with leafy greens (spinach is my favorite). When greens are added to a meal - either as the main course or as a starter they help to satisfy you better and allow your hunger to subside more quickly and if volumizing with, for instance, spinach, the nutrition benefits are high! When you start out write all the reasons you're doing this and get it laminated. This will then be a constant reminder to you, make several copies and put them where you need them most such as on the fridge, inside food cupboards
