Mix a 6-oz pkg of red Jello as directed. Let set in fridge for 1 1/2 hours. Fold in 1/2 can crushed (or Tidbit) pineapple, 1/2 C grated carrots, and 1/2 C walnut haves. Stir well. Let chill for a few hours. It's scrumptious and looks great!

I'm DONE doing the Potluck thing with Foods that are unhealthy!
I have had my LAST unhealthy contribution to a potluck !!! I have a terrible sweet tooth and I tend to indulge it when I bake for a potluck! This last time I baked cookie cups and only two were eaten@ my MOMS Club! Everyone in My MOMS Club does NOT eat healthy! We have a fundraiser set up for Rubio's this week alone! So when I go to a potluck from now on it's fruit salad I'll be bringing! And when I go to the funddraiser .it's salad I'll eat! What about you ? Do you bring healthy food to ...
