I signed up with my email address for some of those group-buying coupon places that send you a deal a day (50% to 80% off local restaurants, spas, all kinds of stuff!), and I've made some awesome purchases for rewards and gift-giving! 99 bucks for 6 sessions of laser hair removal, for example! :)
The trick is to only buy the REALLY good deals where it's something you were budgeting for anyway, otherwise the coupons can really lure you in. Try GROUPON, LIVINGSOCIAL, etc.
MORE INFORMATION:
It's usually one deal per day, and you can only buy a limited number of vouchers. I've even got myself some personal training sessions for CHEAP! And a ten dollar spa day is SUCH a fabulous reward that doesn't cost too much ... :)
Just google "Daily Deals + your city" for deals near you!

We save by buying in bulk. We buy big hunks of meat and I cut it up myself. I can get wonderful cuts of beef and serve for 75 cents a serving. Also get the big things of veggies, make your own frozen veggies and save big time. One bag of brocelli 3 bucks, gets me 20 servings!!
This particular deal isn't that great unless you watch what you are doing. Don't buy anying less than $4 because you are not getting a deal the grocery store is.
You should find the biggest packs of meat with 5 for $20 sticker on it. Over $5 a pack and you get more meat for your buck.345
