Namaste is a traditional Indian greeting and has many translations. The one that speaks to me is "The Divine in me greets the Divine in you." When I keep that in mind, I make an effort to say "namaste" either out loud or in my heart to all I meet. When I recognize our common connection, my worries and anxieties diminish rapidly.
I have found that a smile goes a long way. Want to go the extra mile? Add a cheerful greeting or say something nice. Take just an extra 10 seconds to ask somebody how their day is going (look them in the eye and mean it!). Not only does it make them feel good, but it will make you feel good for the rest of the day! Try it! 334
I find if I look in the mirror ever morning and smile. It makes my whole day better.Look at the bright side of things not the negative.. When you feel like things are so bad in life.Alway look into the positive things about the situation.
