When eating pizza I have found that taking clean paper napkins and gently blotting the top of your pizza will wick up a fair amount of oils . The last time I had pizza at our favorite place I used 3 napkins on an 8 inch square pizza. I figure any oil I take off the top of my pizza is that much less oil that I am not taking in.
I have more success when I cook breakfast ahead -- have healthy muffins baked and ready to reheat in a matter of moments, or bake steel cut oats with apple and cinnamon (yum!) and reheat these. It makes breakfast super quick and easy. 4
