I got on Sparkpeople today feeling discouraged with my progress and I started first with going to all of my teams and reading posts that looked interesting to me. I ended up making a new friend and he gave me some great advise and read some articles that helped me. I can't believe the change I feel after doing this I feel ready to tackle my challenges am motivated to do it. So keep sparking and you will see change. I did.

Whatever you need to do, whether it would be eating less, exercising more, getting back on track or getting motivated praying works! God is always there when you are weak. He is your support even when no one else is around, you can't get on the computer, you have no time to call a friend, etc.
If I'm having a hard time getting motivated or if I find myself inclined to stop exercising a couple minutes into my workout, I chant my mantra (quietly to myself). I have two I like to use: "Fit not fat" and "6 not 16" (in reference to what size I am and where I want to be). It hasn't failed to keep me going yet!
I had to realize that I am doing this for me, and my health. Not for my husband or kids. I can't just sit and wait until my husband gets motivated, I have to do this now! I have to be accountable to me.
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
