    I can't tolerate black coffee, it gives me bladder cramps and pain. I guess it's too acid, so I have to use cream, and I use a sweetener (Stevia) to douse the bitterness. If that negates the antioxidant effects, then i am just drinking it for the fun of it.

    I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning and have done so for 3 years. I don't add any sugar but use a fat free , sugar free coffee creamer. Is that alright?
I brew my coffee and I use a pod. emoticon
