On my SparkPage you'll find a photo of a very small blue zippered case (3"x6") that I got at a yard sale for only 75 cents. I call it 'My Survival Kit'. In it I can pack all the pre-measured conditments I may need while eating out. Yes, I take my own to restaurants, to BBQs, to parties and even to the homes of friends & family. For many of us going out to eat is a major challenge whether it be food alergies, high fats, high sodium, unknown ingredients, etc. and end up feeling so deprived.
Here are a few of the things I keep ready at all times. 2TReduced Fat Sour Cream, 2TCanola Mayonaise, 1TSeasonedSlic edAlmonds,5SlicedOlives, 1tspRanchMix, SesameS eeds,FlaxSeeds,BaconBits ,SunflowerSeeds,Fajita&G reekSeasonings,TicTacs,F For2Cheese&2tspParmesean

I got this Idea when I started my weight loss diet.I couldn't resist my sweet tooth. I loved chocolate.I didn't want to go on crash diet, hence I took out my Snicker chocolate from the fridge and had a bite of it with my 4 meals.Hence I had my full chocolate eaten in a day, with my diet and exercise.
Amazing thing is that, Snicker is the chocolate which has LESS calories, as compared to Kit Kat or Bounty.
