Each morning, I pack my bag full of healthy choices. I include bfast,lunch, 3 fruits, 1 yogurt, something crunchy to satisfy cravings (like veggies or granola bar) water and an emergency meal bar. I eat at certain times in the day and when I am hungry for something else, I go to my bag ONLY.

    I do the same thing! I have found that if I plan carefully and ONLY eat what is in my lunch box, it's much easier to eat withing my calorie range!
