I looooooovvvvvee ice cream! However, it is usually full of calories; even the frozen yogurt. Put your favorite kind of yogurt in the freezer, shake it randomly to freeze evenly, but go back before it is completely frozen. Then ENJOY!!
It is not the exact same but still a really good frozen sweet treat. Try different yogurts this way and you'll be sure to find one that tricks you into thinking it's ice cream. mmmmm!
I buy organic grapes in bulk when they're on sale, then I wash them, put on single layer on a cookie sheet, and put them in the freezer. Once frozen, I put them all in a freezer bag. (The first steps are important so they don't all freeze together in one block.) Then whenever I want a sweet frozen treat, which is often in the summer, I munch on some frozen grapes. So delicious, cooling, and satisfying! 277
