I love oatmeal in the morning, but I do not like the texture of instant. As a result, I rarely have time to make my whole oats before I am out the door. I have found that if I prepare my breakfast the night ahead, it re-heats nicely. Now I make enough for 2 or 3 days ahead of time and keep the individual portions in the refrigerator. Fast, easy, and starts my day off right!
