I have found the tracker on here inspiring, log on daily,record everything I have eaten,and its amazing to see just where my weaknesses may be,Such a useful tool.Nothing is completely off limit provided the sensible choices are made found out that my problem was that I wasn't eating enough ! That's amazing lol ! I lose weight everyweek and it feels so painless lol ! I love it !252
Even if I can't get to the gym or eat right, I'm conscious of it if I record everything on SP every day. It's something literal and there's accountability to myself, plus a team of others, like-minded and progressing toward the same goals. If I'm having a bad day, I need my Spark Team/s. If I'm having a great day, they need me! It makes a difference because I'm more likely to get back on track as soon as possible.
